Like the Everdure Kiln S, the Kiln R is available in the same three stunning colors, heats to 752°F in 15 minutes, and can cook pizzas up to 16 inches. However, the key difference between the Kiln S and Kiln R is that the Kiln R features an additional burner as well as a rotating pizza stone. These ensures even cooking effortlessly without the need for manual turning. 

Gozney Arc Overview 

Coming in around $699, the Gozney Arc is a propane-gas oven that reaches temperatures up an astonishing 950°F and can cook pizzas up to 14 inches in diameter. Its design is sleek and compact with contemporary modern styling and is most commonly found in the “bone white” color although, can also be found in some limited edition colors. The Gozney Arc features a lateral side burner designed to emulate the flame pattern found in wood burning ovens and features a built-in digital thermometer as well as an exhaust system to reduce soot buildup.
